She has several years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families with various personal and professional struggles. Jessica's passions include utilizing personal wellness to promote emotional health and improving self-esteem through personal growth, and empowerment training. Her skills and experiences include being a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and holding a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. As one to give back, Jessica has assisted with various fundraisers for children including St. Jude and Toys For Tots. She has also made regular donations to the New York Bully Crew. As an avid beach lover, she enjoys participating in beach clean up activities with her children.
