Jessica Moloney is a Psychotherapist, Coach, Author & Motivational Speaker. Jessica empowers busy, growth minded women, who struggle with complacency and self-sabotage, to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be by creating a heightened level of self-awareness, which increases resilience, so that they can step into their worthiness and attract healthy, fulfilling relationships. Jessica has spoken alongside Les Brown, on a mission to help others recognize their greatness within & hopes to do the same for you! As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Jessica Moloney helps others to work through their hard ships, as a coach, she can help you conquer them. Through empowerment training, increasing motivation, and valuing your own self-worth, not only can you learn what you need to create change, you can make it happen. Jessica's mix of both her professional and her personal experiences makes her a unique and riveting speaker & coach.

Jessica is an international motivational speaker and has served as a mental health expert on various mental health panels. She has shared space with many highly regarded individuals including Les Brown, Vivica A. Fox, and Jillian Michaels. In 2021, Jessica was awarded at the Women Doing It Big conference for her achievements & contributions in entrepreneurship & women's empowerment.

Jessica’s goal is to provide you with a strong sense of inner strength to take action in your life, learn to advocate for yourself, and to better cope with patterns of personal stress and overwhelming emotions. Her goal is to not only empower you to make a change, but to be a part of making that change; to provide you with the greatest level of support and accountability to make a transformation. She is excited by the idea of creating a forward moving process for you and to be a part of figuring out how you can implement change, and build a life that aligns with your wants, needs, and values. For you to learn how to set realistic, attainable goals and ignite the passion within you to achieve them.

Jessica's passions include utilizing personal wellness to promote emotional health and improving self-esteem through personal growth, and empowerment training. Her skills and experiences include being a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and holding a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Life is uncertain, but, If you can change the way you think, you can change the way you feel; and Jessica can help you to make that change.

As one to give back, Jessica has assisted with various fundraisers for children including St. Jude and Toys For Tots. She has also made regular donations to the New York Bully Crew. As an avid beach lover, she enjoys participating in beach clean up activities with her children.

Her new journal, “Breakthrough- A Self Guided Empowerment Journal” will help you to change your thought process so you can feel like you can do absolutely anything you set your mind to. This journey of empowerment will take you from feeling shy and timid, full of self doubt and insecurity into the stronger, healthier, more confident version of yourself that you have been looking for.
